Dr. Panagiote “Pete” Tsolis is an international leadership scholar, strategist, and advisor with expertise in Leadership & Decision-Making, Organizational Strategy & Change, Operational Excellence, Hospitality & Service Innovation, and Nonprofit & Education Advisory. He is the Founder of Hellenic Leadership Advisors, a firm dedicated to helping executives, boards, and mission-driven organizations in Greece and abroad lead with clarity, navigate complexity, and innovate with measurable impact.
Bridging industry, academia, and public-sector leadership, Dr. Tsolis has spent nearly two decades guiding transformation in hospitality, tourism, gaming, higher education, and nonprofit environments. His work emphasizes evidence-based leadership, systems thinking, and disciplined execution, helping organizations strengthen culture, improve decision-making, and achieve strategic alignment during periods of growth and change.
In Greece, Dr. Tsolis has actively supported organizational development, tourism strategy, innovation initiatives, and leadership capacity-building, collaborating with municipal leaders and industry stakeholders. His doctoral research on sustainable tourism development in Greece and his public speaking engagements at GAME Greece, Eastern European Gaming Sumit, the University of the Aegean, and national media outlets have established him as a respected voice on leadership and strategic advancement within the modern Greek economy.

Internationally, Dr. Tsolis has held senior roles with the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, MGM Resorts International, and VizExplorer, along with consulting engagements across the casino, hospitality, and service industries. He has led initiatives in data-driven decision systems, customer lifecycle strategy, operational efficiency, talent development, and service excellence—helping organizations improve performance and deliver elevated guest experiences.
A committed educator, Dr. Tsolis serves as Director of Business Programs and Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at Hellenic American University, where he teaches strategy, leadership, operations, and innovation. He has held advisory and board positions in Greek nonprofit, cultural, and educational organizations, including the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese and youth leadership initiatives, reflecting his sustained commitment to community and values-based leadership development.
Dr. Tsolis holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University, an Executive MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has been recognized as a Greek America Foundation Forty Under 40 honoree for his contributions to leadership and education.
